Tiger Temple Martial Flow exercises consist of a variety of movements to improve mobility, strength, speed, agility and focus. Inspired by a combination of Yoga asana and Martial arts techniques this is the ultimate wellbeing session.

Monday mornings at 630am-715am. No equipment needed, just a little space in your home.

Martial Flow is a powerful integration of multiple disciplines, blended in a unique ratio that evolves with you. Each session is balanced to meet your current state — physically and mentally — so you’re always training with purpose.

If you’re feeling tight or stiff, we may lean more into kicks, joint mobility, and yoga-inspired sequences.

If you need strength and power, we’ll turn up the intensity with stances, calisthenics, and powerful striking.

No two sessions are the same — because no two bodies are the same.

MODALITIES & BENEFITS

BOXING

Sharpen your reflexes, boost cardiovascular fitness, and release stress. Boxing improves coordination, endurance, and explosive power, while keeping your mind razor-sharp. A great tool for confidence and mental clarity.

TAEKWONDO

BREATHWORK

Control your nervous system, improve recovery, and reduce anxiety. Breathwork teaches you how to breathe with intention, increasing energy, resilience, and emotional balance. It’s a game-changer for both performance and peace of mind.

FITNESS / STRENGTH / CALISTHENICS

Build functional strength, core stability, and endurance through bodyweight training and resistance-based movement. This element improves posture, power, and overall athleticism — helping you move through life stronger and more confidently.
