Personal Training in Pairs

These are are personal training sessions for you and a friend, or we can pair you with someone who is interested in similar training to yourself.

Just give us the preferred time and day of training and we can hunt you a partner if you don’t already have one! Pair PT sessions means you will still get personal attention to succeed in achieving your goals but at a more economical price.
