About Me
MY JOURNEY INTO THE PHYSICAL ARTS BEGAN WHEN I WAS EIGHT YEARS OLD, WITH MY FIRST DISCIPLINE BEING THE MARTIAL ART OF TAEKWONDO.
I trained under Master J. H. Yoon, a 7th Dan Korean champion whose discipline shaped my approach to martial arts and performance. After six months of intensive training in South Korea, I returned to the UK and rose quickly in boxing — winning the National Novice Championship, scoring knockout victories, and becoming Southern Area Champion with multiple title defences.
What I learned went far beyond competition. Training taught me how to live and perform optimally — how breath, mindset, movement, recovery, and awareness all shape results.
Over the years I explored yoga, breathwork, meditation, hypnosis, NLP, shamanic practices, psychosynthesis, and Chi Gung. These disciplines came together as Martial Flow: a system for cultivating focus, clarity, and presence through integrated mind–body practices.
Today, I apply Martial Flow to corporate performance and leadership, helping teams and executives experience true high performance — aligned, aware, and ready in every moment.
