About Ben

38 years of training

From martial arts to professional boxing — and beyond.

I started training in Taekwondo at eight years old. Since then, I've spent 38 years immersed in boxing, martial arts, movement and physical training.

I later travelled to South Korea for intensive martial arts training before developing my career as a professional boxer.

I won a National Novice Championship and a Southern Area Championship.

I went on to box twice for a British title, including headlining on Sky Sports.

Beyond boxing

Alongside boxing and martial arts, I've spent many years studying:

Yoga
Breathwork
Meditation
Movement
Martial arts

These practices have changed the way I understand the body and, ultimately, the way I teach boxing.

I'm interested in what happens when you combine proper boxing mechanics with a deeper understanding of movement, breathing, tension and awareness.

My approach

I don't see these disciplines as separate.

Boxing
Has been my testing ground.
Martial arts
Taught me movement and discipline.
Yoga
Taught me awareness and control.
Breathwork
Taught me more about tension, relaxation and regulation.

Together, they inform the way I coach.

Boxing is the foundation.
